Bookings & Payment
To book, simply
go
to the online store and select the required event and group. Then
proceed to the checkout where you can make the payment using either a
Debit or Credit card. Please note that bookings are accepted on a first
come first served basis so book early to avoid disappointment. If you
wish to pay using cheque, please use the booking form,
fill in the required details, print it, sign it and post to us with a
cheque for the full amount. Please note that cheques must be received no
later than 2 weeks before the event date.
Cancellations
We cannot give refunds for cancellations within two weeks of the day.
We do accept rider substitutions. Cancellations received before the last
two weeks will get a refund less 10% administration charge provided
that we can sell the place. Most circuits reserve the right to
cancel events or restrict riding in certain circumstances. We can only
give refunds or credits if we get them from the circuit - unlikely.
Confirmations
Confirmation of your booking will be sent as soon as your place has been reserved along with relevant indemnity forms and joining instructions.
You must print and fill out these indemnity forms and bring them with you to the event. |
